A Short Film
Logline
When an aspiring filmmaker is mistakenly double-booked into an intimate Hollywood dinner, a simple misunderstanding spirals into paranoia, exposing how easily insecurity can twist coincidence into conspiracy.
Synopsis
At a carefully curated dinner in Silver Lake, struggling writer/actor David pitches his latest project to Margaret, a polished creative executive, and her husband Javier, while his rising-actress girlfriend Izzy tries to keep the evening on track. When another actor named David Greenberg arrives by mistake for a meeting Margaret had scheduled for later, the room's polite discomfort curdles into professional resentment, sexual jealousy, and suspicion.
David starts arranging every awkward glance, every past connection, and every industry slight into proof of a larger conspiracy. As Javier is pulled into the same logic, the dinner collapses from social performance into accusation, violence, and a final consequence no one can take back.
